What does a Planner do?

A Planner does a lot of their work in the background, behind the scenes. It’s about project managing and working all the logistics. Communicating, coordinating, problem solving, time frames. Making sure the finer details have been thought of and everything runs smoothly.

Do I really need a Planner there on the day to Coordinate?

The short answer is yes! This may be a new experience to you but we work in events daily, so we know all the in’s and out’s to help the journey along. Nothing is left to chance, as our planner is with you every step of the way. On the day, our planner is there to oversee it all, working with your vendors and ensuring that your day runs on-time.

Do you customise the existing Packages?

Yes we sure do. Your needs are unique to your wedding, and so are our packages.


Whats the main difference between your Packages?

The ‘Last Minute’ Package is designed to help with the tail end of your Planning. There is minimal contact with your vendors and no assistance needed with setting up websites, invites, QR codes or recommendations. Once on-board, our planner’s focus is purely the lead up to your wedding day and on the day Coordination. The ‘Magician’ Package is usually added from the beginning of your Planning process. We will be the ones overseeing the show, throughout the entirety of your day.

Do you have a styling and planning package all in one?

When our stylist is setting up your dream, it's generally the time that all vendors are arriving and wanting to know where they are going and what power they can plug into etc, etc. A Stylist is there to bring together your visual dream where as a planner makes sure that everything behind the scenes is taken care of and liase with all vendors and staff.


What's the difference between a Stylist and a Planner?

Easy! A Stylist makes your space look amazing. A Planner makes sure your day runs like clockwork and problem solves.!
