Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes we have a $1,000 minimum product hire booking amount (does not include the delivery fee).

How long is the hire term?

One day.

We are thinking of having a 100 guests for our wedding, but our RSVP's won’t be in until 2 months prior to our wedding day, how do we go about that?

That is absolutely no problem at all. It's best to initially book based on your maximum possible numbers and we can adjust along the way prior to finalising your balance invoice.

Can I use my own candles on your tables or tablecloths?

Any candles supplied by you or another vendor (ie florist/stylist) are required to be in a sealed vessel to prevent wax contact, we will send you a Table Care PDF so you are fully aware.

Can I re-position your items?

We love our products so much we will put all the big items in place. If you really need to move them we ask please, pretty please, don’t drag them and if it's too heavy for one person ask a second to help.

Can I relocate your items in my vehicle?

We are really sorry but all YEH items need to be transported by the YEH team and therefore can not be relocated in a vehicle to another location.

Do you have a delivery/pick up fee?

We sure do, the fee will vary depending on your location.

When you deliver, do you put the items in place?

We will put all our big items (tables, lounges etc) in place providing we are supplied a floor plan prior.

When will you deliver my items?

We cannot promise delivery the day before as some items may be booked that day or the weather may not permit them to be outside for long periods. We will be in touch with you or your venue approx a week prior to your big day to confirm delivery/pick up times.

When will you collect?

We will collect the next day.

Can I collect the items from your warehouse? (Dry Hire)

All YEH hire items are delivered and packed down by the YEH team.

What are your payment terms?

We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the items for your date, balance 30 days prior to your date.

If I have to cancel, do I lose my deposit?

We are really sorry but the deposit is non refundable, we are happy to deduct that amount from any bookings should you require our services in the future, there is no time limit on this and you are more than welcome to pass it onto a family member or friend, providing they mention it in their initial enquiry.
