Do I get to keep my Fresh Flowers?
Absolutely! they are all yours.
Will you deliver my Bouquets? And do all the Floral Set- Up?
Of course! We will deliver your bouquets etc to your accomodation and then head to your venue to start flower bombing.
As flowers are seasonal. Will the flowers I want be available for my day?
Be prepared for this! It is very common for your choice of flower to be unavailable, whether it's due to being out of season, stock unavailability, climate conditions the list goes on. We regularly have to implement a Plan B, so don’t be alarmed, we are professionals and have a great relationship with our floral suppliers to work for the best outcome. We will substitute your flower of choice with an alternative that will be just as incredible.
Will you work with other Florists or Family Members?
We ask to be the only florist exclusive to your event to complete the entire job. As for friends and family members, we know their hearts are in the right place, however it can cause extra stress and anxiety from both parties, so we think its best to avoid it.
Do you work with Artificial Flowers?
Even though we think they are lovely and such a great idea, we prefer to only work with Premium Fresh and Preserved Flowers.
Can we supply our own Flowers for you to work with?
We work closely with some of the best suppliers in WA ensuring we receive the greatest quality for your dream day. To eliminate any extra stress, we only source and supply from our trusted suppliers.
Can I book a Florist without any Hire Items?
You sure can.
I would love some table decor added through my floral set up on the tables. Can you help us with that?
We are more than happy to help with the tablescape for your beautiful day. Candles, Lanterns and overall Floral decor we will happily do.
If at any time you are wanting to incorporate more into your table design, with napkins, cutlery, plates and glassware, our florists will get you in touch with our stylist to have a chat so you can talk all things wedding details.
What are my payment options?
Once you’ve confirmed your proposal, we will send you an invoice with payment details. You have the option of paying via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please note - when paying via Credit Card there is a surcharge. The system will show you the surcharge amount prior to confirming the transaction.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure the items for your date, balance 30 days prior to your date.
If I have to cancel, do I lose my deposit?
We are really sorry but the deposit is non refundable, we are happy to deduct that amount from any bookings should you require our services in the future, there is no time limit on this and you are more than welcome to pass it onto a family member or friend, providing they mention it in their initial enquiry.
